The basis level of Keywen hierarchy consists of the users (authors and spammers) who write and change articles.
Next level of the hierarchy is for administrators who can delete articles and protect them from changes. The Administrator is elected from from those authors who worked for several months in the project and have more than a thousand useful edits.
The highest level of the hierarchy is for Editor-in-chief with a team of experts-editors. Editors can grant Administrator's rights, but cannot take them away. Only the Editor-in-chief can do it. Editors play the role of judge in so-called "edit wars" when some authors of the same article do not converge in opinion on any question.
